These shows typically SELL OUT and he dramatically cut back his local shows this year so please do not wait. Get your tickets in advance!

The Orion Piano Trio at the Needham Bank Great Hall Concert Series

The Tiger Okoshi Quintet at the Needham Bank Great Hall Concert Series

International Jazz great Tiger Okoshi has played with legends from around the globe, including Tony Bennett, Dave Grusin, Pat Metheny, Branford Marsalis, and the Buddy Rich Orchestra. He has been named the Boston Music Awards "Best Horn Player" three times, and he has been a Berklee College of Music faculty member since 1997. Okoshi and the Quartet will perform original compositions and Louis Armstrong standards, as well as a special composition that he arranged to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Sakura (cherry trees) in Washington and Boston.

“It’s OK to be Blue” at Blue on Highland

WHAT: With the holidays past and several months of cold New England weather ahead, the "winter blues" can creep in and take hold of even those with the most optimistic outlook. Blue on Highland, the upscale modern eatery located in Needham, Massachusetts, has not only recognized this trend, but has created an entire menu to address the annual issue. "Who doesn't feel bummed out a little bit when the winter months roll in? We thought it would be a cute way to get people's spirits up," said Catherine Walkey, owner of Blue on Highland, when speaking about their new "It's OK to be Blue" menu (pun intended) that highlights foods that are said to naturally enhance your mood and to alleviate stress.
